How OptiAdrena Calm Works?

L-theanine was first discovered as one of the bioactive constituents of green tea leaves that easily crosses the blood-brain barrier causing a relaxed but alert state, supports a healthy stress response and promotes various aspects of cognitive health.2

Clinical studies show L-theanine improves participant’s scores in executive function and verbal fluency.4  L-theanine and GABA both increase alpha brain waves and decrease beta brain waves promoting healthy and balanced moods.3,9

GABA supports restful sleep by affecting serotonin levels during the sleep/wake cycle.10. L-theanine supports the production of serotonin and helps GABA support a healthy response.4,11  Serotonin is then converted to melatonin in the brain, which in turn supports restful sleep.11

What is OptiAdrena Calm?

OptiAdrena Calm is formulated with L-theanine from green tea—as patented Suntheanine®—and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), both which support a relaxed state.
